endota day spa Hampton (also owners of Richmond) are currently looking for a fully qualified, motivated & passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to eventually become Assistant to Manager to work on a full time basis within a great team in our spa located in Hampton, close to transport..

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- Diploma in beauty therapy
- Minimum of 12 months experience in beauty/massage therapy in a day spa or a renowned beauty salon
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in retail management (or 2IC position) preferred
- A professional who cares about what they do and how their clients respond
- Able to work with targets, retailing skills on point
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the industry - aware of consultation before and after treating a client
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Available for day, evening and Saturdays with 1-2 days off per week (weekday) depending on candidate circumstance
- Australian citizenship/residency is required to apply for this position
A full 3 day product and treatment training program exists. This includes initial training and up to the minute education to keep in line with the high standards that endota sets for the spa industry. You will also be sent to endota leader training and have an ongoing 3 month management training by our management team when the time comes.
