Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, in this role you will be responsible for leading a small team of 3-4 Demand Planners; this role is responsible for planning, forecasting and executing demand and fulfilment requirements, ensuring sales, service levels, and inventory targets are achieved within your designated category and overseeing the team’s performance across these accountabilities.

Interested?
If you are an experienced Senior Demand Planner with:
- Significant demonstrated experience in a large retailer or FMCG business
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- High analytical skills coupled with excellent problem solving abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (v-lookups / pivot tables essential)
- Exposure to SAP / JDA or similar systems (highly desirable)
