Highgrove Bathrooms is the fastest growing retail outlet of Bathroom products in Australia.

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team at the Osborne Park store, working 5 days a week- Tuesdays to Saturday- 38 hours per week.

Specific position tasks:

• Customer Service and Sales- assisting customers with product selections and processing sales through the computer. Emailing quotes.
• Keep Showroom and products well presented & clean
• Keep Warehouse tidy and organised, adhering to safe work practices at all times
• Ability to build good relationships with customers and tradespeople
• Processing quotes accurately and quickly
• Picking/Labeling customer orders, loading products
• Delivery of goods when required
• Unloading Truck and Container shipments by hand or Forklift when required with other staff
• Assist with Stocktake procedures

Key Characteristics required:

We are looking for a well presented, articulate, friendly, helpful individual ready to serve customers and working as part of a great team achieving store targets and goals

• Good communication with a wide cross section of people
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy store and multi task when necessary
• Good Organisational skills and good use of Time Management a must!
• Previous experience in Retail Sales with knowledge of the building or plumbing industry an advantage
• Good Computer Skills and cash handling
• Ability to lift boxed items safely when required
• Must have current manual drivers licence
• Ability to take direction from the Store Manager and work within a team.

Full training will be provided, this business is expanding so potential for other positions in the near future.
