What you'll be bringing to the brand:

• Experience in the Optical industry preferably in a retail environment

• Proven leadership skills with a team of 6 or more

• Track the progress of daily, weekly monthly KPI's

• Provide a great experience to guests at every opportunity, fielding questions and providing upbeat, empathetic customer assistance
