About the Role
We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic leader to manage a beautiful Concession location at Fountain Gate.
As the Concession Manager you will be bubbly and have a passion for your product. You will have an strong understanding of working towards sales targets and build rapport with existing loyalty customers as well as building new relationships. You will also be able to motivate your team to ensure the success of your store is achieved. Lastly and most of all your LOVE for fashion will be WHY you are in the industry.
Skills and experiences required:
- Retail management experience
- The ability to train and development your team
- A strong background in managing to KPI's
- The proven ability to exceed sales targets
- You will have experience in growing a database of customers
- Roster to budgets and ensure you control wage spend
- Ready to work in a fast paced role
- Understanding of effective time management
- A passion for styling and VM
- The ability to performance manage your staff and create accountability
- You will be good at self assessing your business
- Clear and precise communication
