Working within a small but accomplished Store Development team, you will be responsible for;

• Maintaining, developing and evolving brand formats, standard drawings and documentation
• Managing external service providers to ensure that brand standards are accurately reflected
• Innovate the store design to maximise retail performance
• Driving down project delivery costs where practical
• Being a true subject matter expert and the ‘go to’ person for all things store design

Here’s what it’s going to take:

• Demonstrated experience in retail design and the ability to articulate how you have been able to enhance the customer experience, grow sales and reduce project costs through innovative store design
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit (or similar) skills
• Knowledge of retail construction, fitout and documentation standards
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to engage and influence outcomes at all levels
