A family owned and proud Australian company, Chesterfield Australia is a John Deere Machinery dealership with 12 branches located throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

About the Position

As the Branch Manager,  you will based at either branch,  and will be responsible for the teams at both the Warren and Coonamble branches.

You will be responsible for leading the teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in Parts, Sales, Wholegoods and Precision Agriculture. This role will be accountable for upholding Chesterfield’s values to our customers, working across departments to optimise outcomes and support continual improvement, delivering against defined revenue targets earned on the back of a customer focused mindset.

You'll be relied on to be a great communicator who thrives on building long-standing relationships with customers while also looking to establish new business opportunities. As a Branch Manager you will also act as a member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and delivering Chesterfield Australia’s services to our customers

• Sales Objectives and Strategy to deliver market share
• Financial Management
• Government Regulations and Policies

Requirements:
• Experience within the Agricultural Industry is highly beneficial.
• Proven success in a previous management position or success in the agricultural industry
• Microsoft Suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to work without close supervision but recognising when matters should be referred to senior team members.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and initiative.
