The Just Group is an established, progressive and growing multinational organisation with seven iconic retail brands, currently with over 1000 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Inventory team at Jay Jays.

Reporting to the Core & Allocations Manager, this diverse role will see you manage a seamless flow of stock between the DC and Jay Jays stores to execute the brand’s merchandise plan.

You’ll be a key interface between the DC and Retail teams and be responsible for ensuring all operational aspects of the allocation and replenishment process are actioned across the store network.

In addition, your main accountabilities will be:

• Planning timely product allocations based on store layout and minimum display quantities to ensure stock is at the right stores at the right time
• Continual review of on-going replenishment levels to maximise stock availability
• Improving stock fulfilment rate by providing recommendations on display quantities for Visual Merchandising and Planning teams.
• Developing strong knowledge of product, store and geographic attributes within multiple markets
• Providing analysis and reports to Retail and Planning teams regarding product sales performance and stock opportunities

Allocations and replenishment experience is advantageous, however we would consider a driven individual who is keen to begin their career within Inventory Management in fast-paced environment. It is assumed you will have an analytical mind and a sound knowledge of Excel.

You must be able to work in a fast paced team environment seeing you build relationships with team members from various departments.

Above all we are looking for someone with a flair for numbers, excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
