Your styling expertise will be paramount in this role as you work with your customers to help them create interesting, effective and on trend outfits. The customers that shop here are fiercely loyal so it's not an environment where the hard sell is required! It's all about building relationships, styling and being an expert in fashion retail.

As a Store Manager you will need to be an inspiring breath of fresh air that can motivate your team every day. We want your staff to look forward to working for and with you every day!

To be successful you  will:

• Have at least 2 years Store Management experience
• Have an excellent understanding of KPIs and sales targets
• Understand the importance and know how to build strong customer relationships
• Have expose to rostering, stocktakes, performance management, visual merchandising and recruitment
