• Manage maintenance mailbox, coordinating requests and works completion with vendors/stores.
• Ensure all information in SAP is correct and up to date at all times
• Ensure CONCUR maintenance is current, invoices are submitted in a timely manner and coded correctly.
• Organize all stationary requests for stores and head office.
• Coordinate weekly and ad hoc mail out to stores.
• Organize all retail operations collateral including but not limited to visual merchandising, marketing and loss prevention.
• Coordinate retail operations calendar of events
• Support retail departments with administrative assistance
• Prepare ad hoc retail reporting

• Clear, effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms, to all levels
• High level of attention to details, accuracy, orientation to process and control
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional maturity and ease with all levels of company management
• High level systems experience including SAP and excel
• Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors
• A great deal of adaptability to fast pace and flexibility during times of change
