We are a fun and indulgent food retail brand with over 80 stores in Australia and approaching 8,000 stores in its worldwide network. With local store expansion a key priority in 2018 we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Manager for the existing Sydney and broader market (to Port Macquarie). You will be a key part of our growth and success.
We are looking for a confident leader able to work autonomously and possessing the key ability to communicate across all levels of our brand, from guests, team members, franchise partners, senior leadership managers through to our general manager.
You will bring your energy and clear communication skills to be capable of effectively ensuring the success of ongoing projects, either national or state based. We need a champion of initiatives and standards developed by our brand as a leader in the ice cream market and drive our growth in other states. Ongoing success will be ensured by driving bottom line profitability for all locations alike and sharing back to stakeholders innovative industry best practices and trends.
You are an industry professional with multiple years' experience in retail. The opportunity to take the next step in your retail career to multi-site management is here, with a strong hands-on ability still required. You will be able to independently manage workflow as flexible contact hours are required for multiple stores in the portfolio. Your proven track record in growing sales in a regional or state based role will be well regarded.
