Higher Solution Specialists is a privately-owned company that has built a strong reputation amongst all our clients as being a quality luxury recruitment provider.
Currently we are seeking an experienced National Retail Manager to join a renowned global Luxury brand in Sydney’s CBD.
This role is responsible for delivering the overall strategy for high profile stores across Australia, working directly with the executive management, HR, Marketing & Logistics teams to ensure a profitable & sustainable business.
Reporting to the General Manager Australia, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Creating & delivering national plans in line with company goals to drive the retail strategy forward ensuring exceptional customer service, team leadership & sales profitability at all levels
- Support & manage the delivery & implementation of new products and services to Managers & staff across the region
- Develop the brand as an employer of choice throughout Australia
- Support & manage the delivery & implementation of specific business strategies by strengthening business performance for sustainable growth across the region
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Store Managers & sales staff across the region
- Manage reporting - profit & loss, sales budgets, store & online sales strategies for the region
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- 5 + years’ experience at a senior Regional, Operations or Brand Manager level, across multiple locations
- A passion to manage, lead, motivate, inspire & develop teams across the region
- Proven ability to achieve national KPI’s & sales targets
- Strong analytical, time management & decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills – written & verbal
- Able to travel nationally & internationally
