We are looking a confident, enthusiastic and fashion obsessed Store Manager to inspire a team of stylists in their Eastgardens Boutique. Take the lead and use your retail skills and knowledge to create a fun and successful business! Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be a hands-on leader and have a natural flair for styling, customer service and staff training.

What you need:
- 2+ years experience in fashion retail management
- Passion for styling customers in the latest fashion trends
- Ability to deliver consistent KPIs, financial results & operations
- Strong people, training & development skills
