About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and experienced RETAIL DEPARTMENT MANAGER for their store in PACIFIC FAIR, Gold Coast.
You will be required to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within Retail Store / Department Management.
- The ability to manage and streamline processes to organise stock.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and develop relationships
- The ability to maintain high company standards and to ensure that the team is also maintaining these high standards.
- Motivate your team to produce continued growth and results.
- Thrive within a fast paced environment and possess the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
- Knowledge of a department and retail store operating procedures.
