Our Support office has a newly created opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to join our dedicated Retail team and make an impact on our growing business.

About the role:
As the 2IC to the General Manager of Retail you will be focused on all retail and commercial aspects of the business.  You will do this by being the key point of contact between Support Office and retail teams driving collaboration between departments and ensuring the team has the information, tools and support required for success. You will also take ownership of projects forming part of the organisations business transformation.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with the regional management teams will be critical to your success so we are looking for you to utilise your sharp communication and influencing skills as well as being a team player who people like to work with.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Significant experience in sales management, area management or operations management in a multi-site retail business
• Sound experience in taking part and managing projects, with a solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
• Confidence with business analysis – the development and management of Retail KPIs and reporting
• Exposure to network planning, leasing and new store openings
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills coupled with a mindset for continuous improvement
• An adaptable and energetic communication style with the ability to relate to people at all levels
• Relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded
