My FootDr, Australia's largest podiatry group, are seeking an experienced, mature minded, flexible person to join our growing team across our three locations in Mundingburra, Thuringowa and Townsville CBD. The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new things and someone who is process driven.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Delivery of exceptional customer experience to patients
- Fielding of inbound calls and patient bookings
- Open and closing of clinic
- Patient billing and receipting
- Sterilisation of medical instruments
- Completing daily banking reporting
- Footwear sales and inventory management
- Preparation of letters, managing mail and other documents including patient folders

Who should apply?
Someone looking to get their foot in the door of a growing podiatry business. Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience but a positive attitude is by far the most important! We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast paced team environment and who are confident meeting deadlines and working to achieve team based goals.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Must have 100% availability Thursday nights up to 9pm and all day Saturdays
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Professional and well-presented image
- High level of computer skills
- Team Player
- Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably
