Santos Organics is a pioneering not-for-profit environmental organisation using organic food and natural products to fund social and environmental projects - in 2017 donating over $90,000 to local community projects. Operating in the Byron Shire for 45 years we are the pinnacle of our community food system creating positive impacts for the health of our community and the environment.
As the Fruit & Vege Department Manager you will be responsible for ordering, managing and merchandising our organic and local produce in a way that continues our communities appreciation of our high-quality seasonal food. You will lead a small team and be involved in customer-service on an ongoing basis.
With leadership/ management experience in retail and experience with fresh produce or perishable items you are a passionate community member you will be energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy working for an organisation that is constantly giving back to the community. You will enjoy working in a vibrant team and thrive knowing 100% of the profits you generate are funding social and environmental projects or improving our service to our community.
