Established for over 30 years and the largest Australian owned brand in the direct to retail sector. Simson are a publisher and distributor of greeting cards with nearly 2,000 retail customers and 4,000 different designs.
We are seeking the expertise of a casual In Store Merchandiser for our customers located at the Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre in WA.
Please note: This position is casual and the days required to service are Monday and Thursday (approx. 4 hours per week). There may be an opportunity for additional hours at our busier time between September and December.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work independently where required
- To merchandise and service customers to the standard set by Simson Greeting Cards in a timely manner
- Able to follow a planogram to display product
- Through merchandising effectively- increase the sales potential of a customer
- To provide merchandising, stock control and promotional activities
- To communicate effectively with all relevant members of Head Office
- Ensure stock control levels are maintained for seasonal/promotional events and general sales
- Develop and sustain a high level of Product Knowledge
