Our client is a well established and reputable independent optical business located in Hawthorne. They are passionate about delivering quality eye care to their customers and creating a positive working environment for their team.

We are seeking an energetic retail manager to lead the team at Hawthorne in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance.

You will have responsibility for the stores front of house team including team development and rostering, budget/expense management, local area marketing and social media management, store standards and presentation, customer service and managing the customer database, driving customer growth and retention.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking an experience retail leader with:

• A positive, friendly and team focused approach
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience managing business social media and local area marketing
• Ability to develop new skills along with developing team members
• Experience in managing store budgets and expenses
• Experience within the optical industry an advantage, though not essential
