About the Role
Partner with the Store Manager to lead and assist in mentoring and motivating a passionate team whilst presenting and promoting product at our brand new Calvin Klein Store in Perth DFO. You will combine your passion for retail and international iconic fashion to drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and inspire a customer service orientated high performing successful team behind this desirable brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets and exceeding budgets
- High level of customer service
- Coaching and mentoring staff
- Daily store administration
- Inventory Control
- Visual Merchandising & displays
Skills & Experience
- A proven retail background - apparel and intimates experience preferred
- Supervision/management experience
- Demonstrated and confident customer service and communication skills
- Strong merchandising skills
- Multi-lingual skills advantageous
