The Company
Our client is an Australian retail success story experiencing massive growth who are based in Melbourne's South East.

Role
As a Purchasing Assistant you will report in to the Purchasing Manager and offer full support to them in all of there functions. This will include duties like analysing data, overseeing ordering, forward planning, managing inventory and you will be required to communicate with various stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the day.  

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in a similar role essential
• Backgrounds in FMCG or fresh product advantageous 
• Strong analytical & computer skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Professional, intelligent and articulate personality
• Tertiary qualifications and advantage but not essential
