THE COMPANY

This position involves supporting the Chief Operating Officer with the day to day running of the venue and has a strong floor focus. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years management experience within a fast paced restaurant environment
- Ability to build and maintain customer rapport and create a space where people want to be
- Engaging personality and positive attitude and an ability to go with the flow
- Motivate and drive your team to achieve KPI's while having fun
- Excellent communication and staff leadership skills and an energetic approach to customer service is a MUST
- RSA and managers a must
