The Just Group is an established, progressive and growing multinational organisation with seven iconic retail brands, currently with over 1000 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
Reporting into the Product Manager, in this role you will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry & administration of purchase orders, initial concept and development of product through to shipment ensuring all key dates are met to deliver quality product into stores on time.
Specifically you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
- Monitoring daily delivery schedules
- Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
- Supporting the Product team with range and garment story boards
- Liasing daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Managing the production schedule and associated administration
- Advising on Quality Control issues, problem solving and processing returns
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
Experience in a Supply Coordinator or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred and unlike other supply roles the ability to sketch in Illustrator is essential to support the wider product team with the creation of garment story boards.
You will be confident in reading & understanding budgets and margin calculations hence you pride yourself on being computer savvy and have great attention to detail. With the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our suppliers will your key to success.
You are able to influence others with appropriate communication methods, have a high energy, pragmatic style, and thrive in a fast pace environment.
Naturally you are tenacious and follow tasks to their completion. You will be able to work autonomously when required and have the confidence to keep your Product Manager/team abreast of supply issues that could have a bigger impact on the business.
