We are currently seeking a clever and dedicated State Visual Merchandising Coordinator for Victoria. This great, Melbourne-based role reports to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, and is responsible implementing our VM Directives across our Concept and Concession Stores.
  
  
Key Responsibilities in this role include:
  

• Implementing the fortnightly Instore Merchandising Directives
• Installing the fortnightly Window Concepts
• Maintaining Store Presentation Standards
• Managing the fortnightly schedule & tasks of 1 State Visual Merchandiser (Direct Report of 1)
• In conjunction with the National VM Manager, State Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities within individual Stores
• Documenting & supplying completed work to the National VM Team with for review & feedback
• Training the Store Teams across VM & Store Presentation Standards
• Supporting the National VM Team at fortnightly ‘Test Store’ set-ups
• Attendinglocal new Store Openings &Store Review/Audit visits

  
Appropriate Candidates will:

• Have experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role with a multi-site, fashion retailer
  
• Be strongly practiced in the above Key Responsibilities of this role, and be able to provide folio documentation and supporting material to validate your experience
• Possess good organizational, time management & communication skills
• Have a passion for attention to detail & an innate drive to achieve the best
• Have a tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising &/or Retailing

  
Additionally, to be considered for this position you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to local Stores and company premises.
