The Role

A rare opportunity has become available for a Senior Product Manager to join the team. Based out of the corporate office in Sydney and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role works in close partnership with retail, wholesale, communication, visual merchandising, training and merchandising departments. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience across marketing, product management and merchandising

Key responsibilities include:

• Outline and implement the local marketing plan in line with the company's global strategy
• Set and revise annual sales budgets and analyse competitors and local trends to identify growth opportunities 
• Lead monthly/quarterly sales analysis, networking and clientele activity
• Implement action plans based on trends and objectives with regular follow up and updates to the Marketing and Communications Manager
• Lead product launches and manage plans and scheduled in the lead up
• Liaise closely with retail, wholesale, merchandising, training and communication teams  on action plans
• Gather and present product information, market feedback and sales results and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained

Skills Required

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing as a Product Manager 
• Experience within the luxury industry AND / OR FMCG backgrounds preferred
• Analytical with a strong attention to detail
• High level of Excel essential and knowledge BI, SAP appreciated
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and departments
• Team player
• Results focused and client oriented
• High level of initiative, independent and resourceful
• Exceptional organisation, time management and follow up skills
• Immaculate presentation 
• Fluent language skills in English
