Sephora, a division of LVMH – Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, is an international luxury leader. Founded in 1969, Sephora is a global leader in beauty retailing and operates successfully in more than two thousand points of sale across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Sephora Australia opened its first store in December 2014, it now operates 14 stores with 2 flagships in Pitt Street Sydney and Melbourne. Sephora Australia also manages online sales for both Australia and New Zealand. Both channels plan for fast growth in 2018 and 2019.

Sephora Australia is looking for an experienced Co-ordinator on a 12 month contract to support the administration of the Category team. Reporting to the Category Manager this role will take ownership of activities such as brand onboarding, report generation, planogram and data management. This role’s success is in the person’s exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

Database management & reporting

• Take ownership on vendor creation and the new sell-in process (Omnichannel)
• Product database and price change management (Omnichannel) including typology, min./max functions
• Prepare monthly database and sales figures for department
• Monthly sales reporting for brand partners
• Maintain and update the brand contracts database (hardcopy and summary tracking file)
• Collate information and generate data from SAP/DOMO/COGNOS for all department reporting 

Planogram support

• Manage the brand planogram execution process by ensuring assortment, stock database, merchandising, store typology, space management is in alignment

Administration support

• Co-ordinate with supply chain team on timely stocks ordering, forecasts and deliveries
• Follow up with legal, category managers and brands for contracts
• Support regulatory process where necessary
• General category department administration
• Management of Sampling Program – recording to ordering with supply chain team

 Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 3 years business/Brand Support experience in a similar role - ideally within the beauty industry or retail management
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of exchange rates fluctuations, pricing rationale, budgeting and profitability
• Advanced Excel skills with proven use of vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, price calculations, link files, creation of templates, etc
• Ability to build relationships with brand partners, stakeholders and peers
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Organised and extremely high level of attention to detail
• A sense of urgency with strong time management skills
• Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Team player and driven to add value to the organisation
