Still opening new showrooms nationally, they are now on a journey to international success with two overseas destinations and more in the pipeline.
Due to growth and expansion, we are now actively sourcing sales leaders to join this business during an exciting phase of growth.
Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in developing this brand new, dynamic team of Showroom Consultants who share a passion for contemporary interior design and furniture. Supported by a warm and engaging team of leaders, you will be provided an excellent training program to ensure success in your role. As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in achieving goals and optimising performance of each team member.
Key attributes for success:
- Extensive retail operations experience with demonstrated leadership experience
- A strong ability to drive sales and motivate teams to achieve set goals for which you will be well rewarded
- A solid work history with a record of good tenure and progression
- An inclusive team approach with a natural ability to listen, and engage with customers and staff
- Commercially-driven and a strong business acumen
- A flair for interior styling and merchandising
- Ability to lead a team in a fast paced and, at times, pressured environment
