Due to growth and expansion, we are now actively sourcing sales leaders to join this business during an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in developing this brand new, dynamic team of Showroom Consultants who share a passion for contemporary interior design and furniture. Supported by a warm and engaging team of leaders, you will be provided an excellent training program to ensure success in your role.  As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in achieving goals and optimising performance of each team member.

  • Extensive retail operations experience with demonstrated leadership experience
  • A strong ability to drive sales and motivate teams to achieve set goals for which you will be well rewarded
  • A solid work history with a record of good tenure and progression
