About the Role

We are looking for experienced Shift Supervisors and Department Managers to work in our Melbourne CBD Store and inner Northern Melbourne Stores

• Salary is negotiable with additional bonus on exceeding KPIs & dependant on experience.
• Flexible work hours

• We are looking for experienced Department Managers/Shift Supervisors
• Minimum Part time or possibly Full time work available
  • We are also looking for an Evening and Overnight shift supervisor (PT/FT available).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the shift crew and operations
• Daily control of stock to run the restaurant efficiently.
• Daily opportunity to work with crew and their development
• Opening and closing the restaurant at different times

Skills & Experience

• The successful applicant should:
  • Have McDonalds experience
  • Be minimum SMX verified and previously been a Shift Assistant Or Department/2nd Assistant
  • Workplace level 2 First Aid Verified
  • Have appropriate McDonald's Fire Training cert
  • Have a Customer focused attitude
  • Be results driven & people focused.
  • Have high standards in the areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness.
  • Have the right work approvals
  • Feel that they can work with an established team & lead crew that are focused on delivery of McDonalds Standards, Sales, Growth & Profits.
