We need a strong dynamic Second-In-Charge with a total commitment and proven success to delivering retail sales growth and service excellence and highly demonstrable ambition to succeed with the ability to build and drive the sales teams.
This is a full time or part time position based at Chadstone. The 2IC's key responsibility is to assist in managing a team of Beauty Advisors and Brow Experts whilst maintaining solid working relationships with our department store retail partner.
Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, a day in the life will entail;
- Assist in Recruitment, coaching and performance management
- Liaising and negotiating with Management for salary and sales support
- Setting, tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
- Coordination and management of product launches and promotions
- Sales reporting, stock management and merchandising
- Leading by example as head 'Brand Ambassador'
- Actively attracting new customers and maintaining our existing loyal customer base
You will have;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a competitive sales environment
- Minimum 1 year in a management position with a least 3 direct reports
You will also be;
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiations & customer service skills
- Commercially aware with solid business acumen
- Resilient and adaptive to change and challenge
- Passionate, personable and "fit" the Benefit culture
- Nationally (AU) recognised Certificate III in beauty therapy qualification or diploma in beauty therapy
