Currently we are seeking an experienced Luxury Assistant Boutique Manager for a renowned international luxury brand in Melbourne CBD & Chadstone.
The Assistant Boutique Manager will co-manage the boutique with passion, whilst directing the team in providing an exceptional customer-service experience, ensuring maximum profitability.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, VIC, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals by training, motivating & mentoring sales professionals
- Participate in the performance management & recruitment of luxury retail staff
- Maintain effective CRM & POS programs
- Maintain sound knowledge of the local Melbourne market & competitors
- Management of all brand visual merchandising & marketing
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service & relationships with customers both locally & internationally
- Manage operational management of the boutique including daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Manage all stock control
Key Skills & responsibilities for this role:
- At least 3 years experience in a luxury retail sales management role
- An excellent understanding of the importance of nurturing high-end clients
- Professional presentation & grooming suited to luxury retail
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook, CRM & POS systems
- Knowledge of the luxury retail industries essential
