You will assist the Store Manager in heading up the Goldmark Miranda store with a total focus on success in the overall management, operations and growth of the store. You will assist in being vital to inspiring and leading by example a high achieving team that is knowledgeable and provides customer service that is second-to-none.

The duties you will need to demonstrate are:

  • Giving customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe
  • Supervising successful and inspired teams
  • Selling with a professional edge that gets results
  • Going above & beyond to identify ways to further advance store
  • Partnering with the Store Manager and team in achieving store KPIs
  • Proactively working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and find ways to improve efficiency and service
  • Providing high standards in stock management & shrinkage
  • Effective & trusted communication across team
  • Using your creative side to merchandise

If you do not have jewellery experience, no problem! We will provide training. What we are really looking for is a gem with a strong sales ability, personable approach and supervisory experience.
