The Company:
My client is a retailer who has a National footprint across Australia with stores in all the best locations.They are part of a Multi Branded Men's fashion retailer that has everything the fashion forward Australian Man would want, from suiting to casual weekend street fashion there is never a reason for your customer to leave empty handed!
The role:
Now seeking an experienced volume retailer with management experience to join the Garden City team, it's the perfect store to further your skill set and grow your career.The pace is fast and budgets are not hard at all to excel - This means you will be in commissions, WEEKLY! Leading from the front beside your strong Store Manager you will coach and develop your larger team to success!
Skills and experiences:
- Previous retail management experience, either store department or assistant management level.
- An understanding of how to provide awesome customer service and deliver sales budgets.
- A bright and engaging personality, you wont be afraid to go for it and ask for the sale!
- Previous experience managing large volumes of stock and in store visual merchandising.
- You will have lead teams, open and closed stores and manage all facets of retail operations.
- Be available to work a Sunday to Thursday roster however no Thursday nights!
- You will be fashion forward with exceptional personal presentation and great communication skills.
