About the role:
This is a full-time position for an experienced high volume Assistant Store Manager who is looking to continue on with their retail career through an exciting retailer located in their Bairnsdale store.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be highly organised and a capable individual who is eager to learn and create a vibrant store culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.
Attention to detail is essential as the successful candidate will have an important role to play in the success of the business, ensuring that sales, store and merchandise appearance, customer service and operational functions are first class every day.
Skills and experiences:
- Previous Retail Management within a high volume retailer
- Experience of managing large teams of up to 25+
- Lead and provide ongoing support, training and development for your team
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Profit and loss management, including budgets, kpi’s , and rostering
- Stock control and great time management
- Maintain store presentation including visual standards up-to-date with new catalogues
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedication and passion to succeed and grow within an company
