To be successful you will need to possess
• Retail management experience of at least 2 years - Ideally in furniture, large goods or electrical
• Strong team leadership skills
• A driver of sales - you will want to work the floor with your team to ensure success
• Attention to detail and meticulous care with your reporting is essential in this environment
• We want more than good customer service - we want you to treat them like a guest
• Excellent visual merchandising skills
• Proven ability to cope with the logistics that is involved in a store of this size.
