About The Role
As the Assistant Manager you will be very hands on with your team to coach and motivate them to achieve the store goals. You must be a people first leader and be able to adapt your management and training style to suit the individual. You will be focused on developing high performers and future leaders whilst setting the example with your own behaviour and results.
Skills & Experience
- Management in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets & KPI's
- Hands on experience with retail fundamentals such as stock handling, visual merchandising and rostering
- A people first approach to everything you do
- Training and development of high performers and future leaders
