An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Centre Manager to join the team at Craigieburn Central to optimise the performance of the retail and guest experience at this high profile asset. This is a part-time job share position for an initial fixed-term contract of 12 months and would suit someone looking to work 2-3 days per week. The role will commence in September 2018.
In Australia, we have owned and managed shopping centres for more than 40 years, where we provide centre management, leasing and other property management services for our portfolio of industry-leading centres.
At Craigieburn Central, Lendlease combines elements of indoor and outdoor shopping to create a vibrant experience for the local community. It houses more than 150 specialty stores with a mix of apparel and fresh food retailers, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and entertainment to create a place that people want to keep coming back to. It also features a selection of Australia’s leading national retail brands including Big W, Coles, Target, Woolworths and Aldi.
To be successful in this role you will need to work effectively and collaboratively with your job share counterpart in the centre manager role to develop and deliver the asset strategy, business plan and budget for the centre in order to maximise NOI and asset value.
You will also need to build and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, owners and key internal/external stakeholders, with a specific focus on the Customer.
We are looking for someone with strong centre management or retail management experience which will help you provide direction to team members in all aspects of managing the shopping centre.
Experience and a track record in a shopping centre or retail environment is essential as well an ability to lead a diverse range of teams to drive the asset forward.
