Swimart is an Australian company which operates over 73 franchised pool stores and mobile service businesses in Australia and New Zealand. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waterco Limited, an Australian publicly listed company with a strong global presence in the swimming pool, spa equipment, water treatment and pool chemicals industry.
We are seeking a professional and experienced multi store Retail Manager to join our team and take charge of our company stores.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitable management, operation & growth of all our company owned Swimart retail outlets. You will also be responsible for creating and leading a positive team orientated culture that is results driven and values the contribution and development of its people within all company stores.
Accountable for:
- Store sales & profitability (K.P.I. management)
- Store Compliance
- Inventory management & control
- Retail & Service Standards & Presentation
- Operational & Performance Budgets
Skill and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will be expected to have:
- Minimum 7 years’ retail management experience with a minimum of 3 years in managing multiple outlets simultaneously;
- Effective & productive people management skills;
- Experience in the development & management of retail store operational & financial budgets;
- A sound knowledge of digital marketing concepts including social media
- Advanced IT operational skills;
- Strong negotiation & communication skills;
- Experience in the creation & implementation of Local Marketing Programs
- Ability to identify & establish relevant K.P.I’s & manage the company’s retail assets in accordance with these K.P.I’s;
- Strong analytical & time management skills;
- Possession of appropriate tertiary marketing qualifications;
- Experience in the franchise industry preferred.
Salary Package
