About the role
- Takes ownership and accountability for driving Sales productivity
- Consistently ensures the execution of sales training programs
- Provides leadership through role modeling Coach Service behaviors and Coach selling standards
- Maintains and oversees Coach Service environment within store and delivers feedback on service behaviors
- Ensures all customers are being serviced according to the Coach approach standard and supports the Coach Service environment
- Promotes and Maintains an energetic presence and creates a high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor
- Gives appropriate, timely and specific feedback to team members while maintaining their self esteem
- Able to resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner to achieve desired results
- Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards

Skills and experience
- 1 to 3 years previous Store Manager experience in a retail service environment
- Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and maneuver sales floor
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors.
