My client delivers high quality product that ranges extensively from its signature well-tailored casual garments through to its exquisitely made, sharp suiting. A dedicated and experienced Store Manager is required to manage their high performing store in Melbourne CBD. If you are passionate about customer service, sales and developing your team then this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to develop your team
- Support staff to achieve budget, sales targets and KPI's
- Ensure all the company core values are continually embraced
- Visual Merchandising standards are adhered to company standards
- Stock control and inventory management is completed
- Assist with recruitment and staff performance management
To be Successful
- Minimum 3+ years experience within a similar role
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Experience in developing and mentoring a team
- Strong business and financial acumen - must be familiar with retail metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- An outstanding attitude, passion and integrity
