CSG Talent have been exclusively engaged on a newly created role for an experienced Operations Manager to step into this global, luxury business, Looking for a passionate, driven and analytical individual to make your mark in this position!
Our client is one of the biggest names in the Luxury fashion industry, taking on an incredibly innovative, creative and dynamic approach to their product - they are the GO-TO in all things luxury fashion right now!
The Role:
Working closely with the Store Manager and the Sales team in the flagship store you will be responsible for the daily execution of all back of house management. The key responsibilities for the role are pertaining, but not limited to;
- Maintaining the highest level standards within Back of House, shop floor & office.
- Working towards financial targets from the BOH office. You are accountable for the store profitability, achieving and succeeding sales targets.
- Stock take execution and ability to proficiently present shrinkage results.
- Supervise the stock room and all related policies and processes including deliveries including stock and packaging, dispatches, inventory, tagging compliance etc.
- Management of all WHS policy & procedure in house.
- Enhancing the customer experience and sales through effective communication with the FOH team.
- Assisting in regular stock refill and replenishment of inventory on the floor.
- Generating weekly reports.
- Assisting in the recruitment, on-boarding and developing all store operational support staff.
The Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Luxury Retail industry is essential.
- Organized, accountable, analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously & in a team managing 2 + direct reports.
- Work well in fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Proven stock take experience with fantastic a shrinkage results.
- Experienced in high volume of stock levels (incoming & outgoing).
- Able to manage high volume of inventory units of stock (up to 10,000).
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
