This Store Manager role based at our Midas Store in Lygon Street, Carlton VIC is pivotal to our ongoing success and we are seeking a talented, experienced, people and customer focused retail manager to support and grow our retail stores.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster the "service of excellence culture" to maximise sales
- Control store sales budgets and expenditure
- Identify sales and growth opportunities through excellent customer service standards
- Developing a strong product knowledge to lead and train your team
- Store presentation and visual merchandising including window display and maintenance
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 1 year management / team leader experience ideally in Fashion Retail Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of general retail operations
- Experience in managing, achieving and exceeding sales budgets and KPI
- Strong desire to provide a genuine and personalised customer service experience in store
- A positive, vibrant & high spirited approach
