On Cue…
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the performance of 240 + stores across Australia and New Zealand. Your key focus will be driving and achieving sales targets, managing wage and cost control by engaging an experienced team of State and Area Managers. In the capacity of National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for further establishing an exceptional service culture through mentoring, stylistic awareness & strategic thinking. This opportunity may be suited to a National Retail Manager or an experienced State / Operations Manager of a large business ready to take on their next challenge.
This role is suited to a hands-on retailer with the finite ability to dig into the detail whilst being able to completely comprehend the bigger picture. Your success will be measured on your tenacity to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
