Purpose of the Role
We are currently seeking proactive and passionate full-time, part-time and casual Retail Consultants to work on our upcoming Myer Maroochydoore counter.
A Retail Consultant is responsible for consulting, serving and appropriately prescribing Aesop products to new and existing customers. It is essential that the highest level of customer service is provided, to build and foster relationships within the local marketplace.
The successful candidates will be those who can deliver a unique and seamless Aesop experience with consideration, confidence and integrity. They will work closely with colleagues to deliver a bespoke Aesop experience. Aesop proactively seeks out smart, creative, passionate individuals who think laterally and are capable of delivering work of the highest standard.

- Previous experience within retail, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques;
- The ability to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerity;
