The Role
Based in Flagship in the heart of the CBD, as the Sales Manager, this is your chance to take your team on the journey from the past to the way of the future, delivering a luxury shopping experience in a showstopping environment.

For this role we are seeking a dynamic, passionate and professional retail leader who can engage and inspire a large team, driving excellence across the customer experience and ensuring high levels of store presentation are maintained in a high volume, fast paced retail environment.

You’ll be responsible for your departments performance, managing team development, sales budgets and KPIs, the customer experience and building relationships with your brands.

Skills & Experience

• Genuine passion for luxury retail
• Experience working with luxury footware brands
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a large team (20-30 team members)
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and results
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer first approach
• Ability to plan and priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
