The Role:
Still operating strong and proud they are now on the search for a dynamic and energetic Regional Manager to join the brand in Queensland.
As the regional Manager you will be leading a portfolio of up to 13 stores across their Queensland and New South Wales locations. We are looking for a proven, well experienced professional Area/Regional Manager within the jewellery industry. Reporting through to the CEO and Sales Manager you will drive the performance of both people and profit across your stores.
This is a wonderful career role with a Brisbane based head office offering ongoing support and career development for you to ensure ultimate success for all stake holders.
Skills and experiences required:
- A proven successful multi site career to date within the Jewellery sector
- You would ideally be well practised in the Friedman sales method and enjoy training this is to grow sales success within your region
- You will be KPI driven with a passion for people, training and developing succession within your region
- You will be available to work across a diverse challenging geographical region that will involve travel
- Change management will be your strength, you will have the ability to engage and win the hearts and minds of your teams
- You will present as a confident and transparent leader, be analytically minded and understand your P&L managing all facets of your operations through your store leaders
- You will have excellent personal presentation and communication skills
