Our client is a friendly, family business located in Ringwood. With a Pool Shop (Ringwood) and a Display Centre (Warrandyte) you will be working between both sites as needed.
Your duties will include:
- Meet and greet all customers
- Perform water tests
- Understand customers needs to provide best solution
- Answer customer general queries and questions (regarding pool equiptment etc.)
- Build relationships with customers
- Process customer transactions
- Reconcile cash register daily
- Maintain stock and visual merchandise
- Maintain and keep Pool Shop and Display Centre clean and tidy
- Process delivered stock
- Promote sales
- Educate customers on products and upsell when possible
- Ongoing product knowledge training
- Represent the company brand and team with professional attitude
You will have/be:
- Sales / Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive mindset
- Strong work ethic and attitude
