Baby Train is a fast growing nursery retailer that is well known for providing our customers with exceptional advice and customer service during their journey of becoming a parent. We have successfully established ourselves as a leading baby goods supplier with a passion for developing our people and providing ongoing support and training.
Are you a retails sales person with sound knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram? Do you create posts and photos to gain new followers on your social media accounts?
We are currently seeking experienced RETAIL SALES PEOPLE with strong, sales driven qualities and social media knowledge to join our team in our Dingley store. Your primary focus will be to provide excellent personalised service to our customers under the support of our leadership team. You will also be required to create images and posts for our social media accounts, maintaining our social media presence to engage our current followers and encourage new following.
The Retail Sales roles available are for part-time (3-4 days a week) positions that will require weekend work. The potential of full time employment may be available for the right candidate.

- Drive sales within our team with a confidence to share their knowledge on our products
- Engage our customers and products in social media posts
- Merchandise our products consistent with the Baby Train image
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required
- Retail sales experience working to and exceeding sales targets
- A strong focus on building rapport with customers with a hands on approach
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm with a passion for the nursery industry
- Excellent social media skills particularly with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Good computer skills running a point of sales system
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desired
- Nursery retail experience preferred but not essential
