Boutique sales assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing & globally recognised fashion jewellery brand as our Boutique sales assistant.
Based at our head office/showroom in Armadale - joining a vibrant, small & dynamic team with the opportunity for scope and development within the industry.
Nicole Fendel is an established jewellery & lifestyle label; importing and exporting product through wholesale, e-commerce and retail channels. Our head office serves as a retail store, warehouse and e-commerce distribution centre.
We are looking for a sales driven, vibrant and organised individual to join our team in Armadale with the main responsibilities being customer service within the Nicole Fendel Boutique/showroom and supporting the office where needed.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the person we are looking for needs to have previous experience in retail/customer service, great communication skills, be extremely organised and have the ability to multi-task.
This position requires availability from Tuesday - Saturday
Immediate start is available.
Main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Driving sales
- Demonstrate exceptional relationship building skills as you will be working closely with VIP clients and building a strong VIP database
- Being creative through visual merchandising and window styling
- Being responsible for achieving and exceeding your daily, weekly and monthly budgets
- Replenishment and care of stock on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the boutique and stock is always looking immaculate
- Participate in and assist with product nights, holiday events and sales when required.
- Oversee showroom supplies & inventory.
- Logistics & dispatch assistance when needed
- Weekly data entry support & wholesale sales support (where required).
- Assisting in quarterly stocktake of all VM & stock.
