My client is a brand know for the high quality of its product range. Having been in business for more than 50 years, they have a footprint around the Globe. After identifying the Australian market as having huge growth potential, the plan is to now develop their bricks-and-mortar retail presence across the Country, starting with a flagship store here in Sydney.

This will be a crucial role with full support and backing from the European Head Office which will provide operational support, You will also be flown overseas for onboarding and training.

This is a role with plenty of autonomy in the visual merchandising decisions, inventory control as well as the recruitment and hiring of new staff. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to source and negotiate potential partnerships with other retailers willing to stock these goods.

In return for your efforts, you will have the opportunity to pioneer and launch a brand that already has a presence here through online sales. You will be central to the growth of the business in Australia and will have the opportunity to move into an Area Manager role in the near future and establish a presence in other States as well. 

This is a rare and exciting role that offers far more than a typical Store Manager position. 

To be successful you must have at least 3 years Retail Store Management or Area Management experience, preferably for a high-end operator. A passion for Consumer Electronics is also vital, as is a proven track record of high achievement in Retail.
