With your inspirational outlook, positive attitude and flair for merchandising, you will have the ability to manage and multi-task in this busy role. 

This position works very closely with the Operations Manager, ideally we are seeking someone with at least 1 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• The day to day operational matters in running and presenting the store;
• Building and maintaining a team with a positive, performance based culture within the store;
• Manage and ensure the store meets and exceeds Quality Care standards.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are always available;
• Ensure that stock and fixture price marking and ticketing is of the highest standard;
• Training and developing the staff.
• ordering and management of stock.
• rostering and other employee services;
• maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and customers;
• Inspire and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service for every customer, every time.
• Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting product focused environment.
• Provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
• Lead by example and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business needs
• meeting financial key performance indicators; and
• engagement with your local community.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following;

• Relevant Management experience.
• A proven history of providing excellent customer service with a high level of integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
• Police Clearance certificate.
